To show or hide the 3D avatar while the scan is being uploaded, you will need to access the System Admin settings that requires a PIN.

<li>From the scanner home screen, tap on the settings icon.</li>
<li>Go to System Admin</li>
<li>Enter the PIN code for that scanner.</li>
<li>Go to App Configuration</li>
<li>Toggle on or off the option to show the avatar during scan upload</li>
