<h3>What is power cycling?</h3>
<p>At times, we may advise you to power cycle your scanner in order to resolve technical issues. This is the act of completely shutting down the machine, then starting it up again via the hardware buttons. Note that it is different from restarting the scanner via the scanner interface settings.</p>
